This is one of my favorite poultry marinades!
It is most commonly used with turkey breast, but tastes equally delicious with chicken!
Always moist and so, so good!
7-UP Soy Sauce Marinade
Recipe from Mary Denna
8 chicken breasts
1/2 c. 7-Up
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. hourseradish
pinch garlic salt
Combine all ingredients and add chicken.
Marinate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Grill and enjoy!
