Jalapeno Cheese Bread

This is a great alternative to garlic bread.
And don't worry about it being too hot.  I am a complete pansy when it comes to spicy food.
Somehow the cheese just makes it mellow out perfectly.
Jalapeno Cheese Bread
1 c. shredded mozzarella
1 small jalapeno, diced
french bread or baguettes

Slice 2 pieces of bread - 1" thick.
Mix cheese and jalapeno and dump on top.
Place under broiler until cheese melts and browns slightly.
Serve immediately.
