Steak and Zucchini Supper
Recipe from Lyn Denna
1 lb. cooked steak, cut into thin strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 envelop spaghetti sauce mix with mushrooms
1/2 c. water
3-4 zucchini, cut into 1/2" slices
Combine steak, soup, sauce mix and water in a large skillet.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add zucchini, cover and cook an additional 10-12 minutes.
Serve over cooked egg noodles.
