Potato Soup

1 onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 rib celery, sliced
4 cubes chicken bouillon
4 c. water
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. salt
13oz. can evaporated milk
Combine all ingredients except evaporated milk in slow cooker. Cover and cook on High 3-4 hours, or on Low 10-12 hours. Stir in milk during last hour.
